The ALKO electric mower is really at the cutting edge of what you are getting in electic mowers at the moment. It was brought out at the end of last year and combines 3 functions in one. It will mulch, rear collect or rear discharge – features that you wouldn’t normally associate with an electric mower. A large 18 inch cut so it will cope with lawns of a larger size.
Hight adjustment – there are two leavers on the front and then one leaver at the back to adjust the height.
It couldn’t be easier to switch to mulch mode; just take off the grass box put the mulch plug in which will keep the grass in the deck and cut it very finely. The advantage is that you don’t have to collect it and you aren’t left with large clumps of grass all over the lawn.
