The Mantis Electric Cultivator has all of the benefits of the petrol model but with a electric motor for plug and go easy of operation. Having uniquely twisted tines, which rotate at 240 rpm, which is twice the speed of most tillers. It digs down a full 10" (25cm) even in hard-packed earth. By switching the tines around it will dig just a few inches into the soil to weed a large 30' x 50' garden in a half hour. Coupled with its lightweight fold-down handlebars for easy storage, it's easy to use ergonomic speed control and convenient on/off switch it's easy to see why the Mantis is so popular. Weighing just 9Kg it is very easy to manoeuvre.
