Mid March to end October the gardens are open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays. In August the gardens are open on Monday and Tuesdays too. Open 10.15am to 5.15pm. November to March, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm. Blickling is closed 16th Dec to 6th Jan inclusive. |

| Description |
seventeenth century house, started in 1611, with a historic garden and a garden temple added in 1760. The avenues were re-planted in the nineteenth century and a Victorian 'formal garden' was made in front of the house in 1872 which then has its design reduced by Norah Lindsey in the 1930s and replaced in part with herbaceous plants. The Hall is set in an historic park with many beautiful woodland and lakeside walks. |
