| Description |
The house is set in five acres of romantic, formal and wild gardens. The walled courtyards feature topiary, a knot garden, and borders while the wild gardens feature a turf maze, a fabulous spring bulb display, rare rhododendrons, ancient chestnut trees, a temple of the winds and water garden. This is possibly the best garden for people with disabilities that you can find in the UK – there is everything you could require (book ahead for the electric buggy by calling the number above) including a sensory garden for people with limited vision. |
