Dormouse Nesting Box
Fix with wire loops 2.5m high on a tree with entrance hole facing trunk. Dormice are legally protected therefore must not be handled without a licence.

Constructed from untreated inch thick timber (from sustainable woodland) with slatted landing and back plate. Good insulation and very durable. Designed to attract all 16 species of British Bats.
Hedgehog Nesting Box
Entrance tunnel and breathing tube. Quarter of all hedgehogs do not survive from one year to the next. Hedgehogs are a very beneficial garden guest and one that should be encourage to feel welcome. Cover the box with polythene and bury in a compost heap or with soil. Ensure the breathing tube is clear and partially fill with dry leafs.
